  oulton-021.jpg - Yet again there is iffy weather leading up to the Oulton Park round, and yet again the sun shines on the day. Steve Hislop is miles ahead in practice and promises to dominate. He wins round 1 - though its closer than I would have guessed. In round 2 plenty of bikes fail and we see a historic result - three 4-cylinder bikes on the podium: Plater, Reynolds and Crafar. Pit lane walkabout.I'm not sure who this is because Oulton Park had run out of programmes when I got there.
